Mohammad Zakaria

Mohammad Zakaria is a third-generation Palestinian refugee from Lebanon. Trained as a civil engineer, he now serves his community in humanitarian aid management. He works in 12 camps and over 35 centres in Lebanon to supervise health programmes for vulnerable refugee children and their families. Mohammad is also an advocate for refugee higher education, connecting young talent with opportunities including scholarships and academic mentors abroad. His mission is to restore dignity to refugees who have been displaced and marginalised for over 70 years.

Mohammad currently works for Medical Aid for Palestinians and supports refugee education through Unite Lebanon Youth Project.
